Like most actors, my first awakening to the theater world came to me when I saw my first movie. Unfortunately I never did anything about it until later on in high school when I took a whole year of drama. Also being wanna be singer songwriter, it was a great time when I began to discover how music and drama could really work together. Something I would allow to stay dormant for another ten years.

As Johnny D said, "he was born in the summer of his twenty seventh year," I was born in the summer of my twenty ninth. I began taking my music to the coffee joints, bars, and any place where people would listen.

Around the age of 35, after six years of failed attempts of breaking into the music business, I took a break for three years and reemerged as an actor. As a New Year's resolution in 2004 I chose to act and I have been at it ever since. On February 14th, 2004, my romance with acting started with a small comic relief part of Mr. Thompson in Mike Haverkamp's, "Autumn Leaves." Since then I have been blessed with numerous indie films and plays. Seems the more mature I look the more parts I’m considered for. It's great. As an actor, my life began at 40. Thank God for middle age and the thinning, graying hair that comes with it. What a blessing.

So here I am, 42, and ready for all that life will allow.
